Guest Information (City of Indio)

Before check-in we must collect, for every guest age 18 or older:

• Full guest information as requested on the Online Check-in Form
• A copy of the primary guest’s photo ID
• Information for all vehicles that will be at the property

Please complete the Online Check-in Form (guest and vehicle details) when we send it. Check-in cannot proceed until this information is received.

Guest Agreement

Your Short-Term Rental Agreement covers these House Rules.

• If the home is not instant-book: You must accept the rental agreement (including House Rules) before your reservation request is accepted. After you request to book, you will receive a link to review and accept the agreement.
• If the home is instant-book: You must accept the rental agreement (including House Rules) before check-in.

The Guest who books must be present for the stay.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:00 PM Friday–Saturday, continuing until sunrise. No music; keep all audio at a minimum out of respect for neighbors. Creating a disturbance (including large gatherings or parties) may terminate the stay.

Checkout

Checkout is 11:00 AM. Please vacate by then so cleaning can prepare for the next guests.

Late checkout

Late checkout only with advance approval. Failure to vacate by 11:00 AM without prior approval may result in a charge of $250 per hour.

Occupants

Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation. Extra overnight guests need advance approval; fees may apply. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in a $200 per night penalty for every person over the limit, and may terminate the stay.

Pets (Chill & Play)

Pets are allowed only with prior approval and a paid pet fee of $50 per day per pet. Do not leave pets alone in the home. Damage or extra cleaning from animals is charged to the guest. Unauthorized animals: $100 per animal per day, minimum $500. Service animals: notify us in advance so we can make arrangements.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vaporizers, and e-cigarettes) is prohibited in the home and on the grounds. Violation: $250 plus damages; you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Acceptable use

Residential use only. No selling products or services or other commercial activity on the Property.

Illegal activity

Legal purposes only. Illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse, or illegal sexual behavior causes immediate termination with no refund of pre-paid rent.

Subletting

Not permitted.

Trash

Dispose of waste under Host direction.

Utilities

Normal usage is included; excessive usage may be charged. Keep thermostats between 66° and 78°. Do not tamper with the pool heating system.

Pool safety

Use the pool at your own risk. No diving. No running on the pool deck. No glass near the pool (you pay cleaning costs for glass breakage). No food or drinks in the pool. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult in the pool area. Do not swim alone — at least one other person present.

Heated pool (Chill & Play)

Pool heat/cool targets and free-heat windows follow the Fine Print on each home’s detail page (seasonal).

Inspection

Host may inspect with prior notice as allowed by State law. Violations may terminate the rental.

Maintenance

Leave the home clean and ready for the next guest. You are responsible for damage beyond normal use.

Possessions left behind

Host will make a reasonable effort to return items. Unclaimed items after the shorter of the State-required period or two (2) weeks may be kept or disposed of.

Host liability

Guests indemnify and hold Host harmless from claims arising from use of the Property, to the extent permitted by law. Host insurance does not cover guest personal property.

Attorney’s fees

Guest agrees to pay reasonable costs and attorney’s fees Host incurs enforcing the agreement.
